Hi (larger)

I only put 30 as a figure,I hope we can keep it down to a lower figure.
Some questions will be short answers,but others could be several minutes and could need a discussion.
We are in agreeance in the way we approach this and the way we behave.
We have to be as professional and courteous as possible.

We may have to put in print the short answer questions and leave the discussion type questions for the after AGM meeting if possible.
