I think you have pretty much covered it. I would send those questions in the original email and then based on their response send a second email asking:

"Does ROS think it is prudent to update the market on the current status of all projects given the deadline for the copper project has past and the most recent announcement was a site update released over two months ago"

(Hopefully they say yes)
