Further to the post above, the company has just announced that the institutional portion of the rights issue was 96% subscribed, which is a great outcome for those shareholders.....
...but to have the $89m Institutional placement done at the same 15.4% discount as the rights issue just shows that the bankers were not trying to get a better price and were happy to give very cheap stock to their insto clients...
