Gee whiz, I don't know how you can carry on about this. You're getting the opportunity to buy shares at an appreciable discount and participate in the EPS growth of a very good deal - QBE lose out on this one.
SDF is a terrific company that is very well managed. How about you focus on the fact they are growing earnings in an environment where GWP is under significant pressure instead?
