Guys, the insto shares won't trade until next Wednesday and the fact that the insto placement is around $89m, that's hardly anything compared to the $211m for existing shareholder. It's purely a way for the company to manage the risk of capital raising.
Can you imagine if they give the whole $300m to existing shareholders and not having much take up? What impact would it have on the deal?
