Sure hope you're right mate. Seems a bit odd and I'll believe it when I see it but I hope you're right.

Just a bit strange that TV2U was told by the Court that more evidence was required, but that now the Court may be happy and will order that the ASX lift the suspension, even though no further submissions or evidence has been led.

If this is all the case, then we should expect to see case no. WAD533/2016 dismissed shortly. It's currently in adjournment so it's not finished yet.
