As for Nick not being there Tv2u has projects in all corners of the globe the CIS Ukraine South America Asia Europe, so I guess that would make Nick very busy man negotiating and getting this business up and running. Graham did a very capable job of representing the company at the AGM for some 16 to twenty odd shareholders that turned up.
For Nick to come to Perth would be a lot of lost time if you take into account preparation, fly time jet lag recovery etc . Personally although it would be good to see the man who is running the show there is a lot that is going on behind the scenes at the moment we don't know about.
I think it's better he's where he needs to be getting the business producing revenue as I said Graham did the job anyway.
Tv2u is a start up tech co high risk high reward and with a low cap.ex it's still very early day's anyone who is risk adverse should invest elsewhere imo. My thoughts are once we get past the breakers sailing will be a lot smoother and I'm willing to take that calculated risk.

The Brazil project is one of main priorities http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20161103/pdf/43cmtjjmc8zztw.pdf along with Divan and P gas com.

As we know they have quite a number projects on the go. They are prioritizing the fastest path to revenue. They are still obligated to make any material announcements while suspended so I'm thinking we will get some good news before they open.
Nothing really said that's not in the announcements seemed confident that we will be trading before Christmas when I asked, lets see.

Great point about Nick! Yes it would have been great if he was there to represent but at this stage I imagine that talking to a room of shareholders or being present somewhere in the world to help make a trial successful and most importantly make that a binding contract is the most important thing, so this is a very acceptable reason IMO of course..
