I'm not one to sugar coat things, life isn't all sprinkles and unicorns, life can kick you at every turn and one must take heed of past experiences and be cautious when heading down a familiar path. How many times have we heard that a very low percentage of start ups fail? How many non holders have their been posting concerns or info that should be taken on board? All the information he needed to act upon has been posted or announced. I even posted questioning the projected revenue when K2U and Divan deal was to originally start. It was obvious those targets and estimates were not going to happen over the then stated 2 years. Cash burn was known and every month that has gone by without a done deal delays revenue. There's not many companies that their SP shoots up and remains up without firm revenue on it's way and solid management with proven success. TV2 are up against it with their focus on emerging markets, any stated revenues should not be accepted as fact because they field they're playing on is an unknown and not mowed and you can expect injuries. All the above should be in the minds of every holder, if people haven't thought about well it will be to their own detriment. All the warnings are there and if one thinks they would win a court case if things go awry in a speccy stock may not find joy at the end. Mutualong may just be spit balling the court idea due to the reality setting in he may have made a costly judgement call and many of us would find it difficult accepting we may have erred at first and seeking and alternative path to make good. The responsibilities of our decisions and actions are the individuals to own. It is not my concern if people can't cope with an honest reality when it's put to them.

after 3+ weeks of suspension, with no clear end in sight, the gravity of the situation is finally starting to sink in for quite a few by the looks of things, and just for you @Houndie , imho.
