Stock2016 let's assume (that word again) Co. Secretary stuffed up. Then Court would consider her Affidavit and any other evidence and accept that it was a clerical/technical error. They would then make a judgement that the said shares could be issued and Onsold as per the special prospectus. Back in business!

If the the Court (Judge) does not accept it as legit error and suspects foul play then we go down a very different path. I am praying for the former result.
