questions of tsv

Hey Guys, I've been doing my research on TSV over the last week to so and have a few questions..

1. Do you agree that if commerical flows can not be established then tsv is worthless.....IE this is a bang or bust investment?

2. The half year report states as we know that TSV is free carried for the first $40m of project expenditure. Then TSV has to pay 9m out of the next 60m. How do they intend to finance this? Options conversion = $2.5m, current raising $2m.....sort fall of $5.5m....another raising?

3. What oil/gas experience do the JV partners have. From the annual report they all seem to be into mining, alumin refining/smelting?
