Corporate, by the time TSV have to spend money it will be very clear that the field is commercial.This being the case it should be possible to secure project finance. The risk of not producing from the fracced wells is very small. The original wells produced gas from damaged or less than ideal wellbores using old technology. All of the modelling carried out by world class consultants indicates that the wells will produce. TSV has little or no experience in the oil/gas industry, however, they are not the Operators and they rely on the technical expertise within Latent.Latent has a high level of expertise with several senior ex Apache technical professionals. This whole story would have been a dream run were it not for the apalling timing and structure of TSV's share/option placement. We need a little more patience while the sophisticated dopes sell off their shares, and then we should see some real movement. Occam
