This is Mr Lincoln Augustus, first second cousin of Holymagiman

I have a few questions and thoughts I would like toopen for discussion.

    1. It seems to me that apart from oil exploration, it is supply to BHP's Olympic Dam that is a very imprtant asset for Sapex.

Is there any way that the Sapex Board can be made to confirm or deny that they have been in any sort of talks or negotiations with BHP as to the future supply of power to Olympic Dam

If the answer is in the affirmative, should not the Sapex Board be making public their thoughts on projected figures of expected income from such a power supply, as that would be material information for any other party considering a takeover of Sapex.

    2. LINC is now on the Sapex register as a substantial shareholder. Is there any compulsion for LINC to disclose to Sapex shareholders any daily increase in its option holdings as this has a direct impact on the control that LINC has on Sapex

    3. If there is no compulsion for LINC to reveal the number of options that it is holding and any daily increase in option holdings, is there any duty of care for the Sapex Board to release such information to the marketplace, to ensure an informed and fair marketplace?

    4. What is the latest date that Sapex options have to be converted into shares for the optionholder to have the right to vote on this merger/takeover??

Would be grateful for feedback on these thoughts.

    i remain
    Yours sincerely etc., etc.,
    MLA
