Hi All,
I have never been in the position of applying for rights issue before, and maybe there are others in the same boat. I have read the prospectus and have also found some of my questions answered via google. However could someone please explain the significance of the different dates mentioned and what do they mean ie ex rights, closing dates etc. with particular in reference to selling shares in between those dates. My problem is I have no spare cash but am entitled to 75 000 shares. Can I sell some of my orignial shares to pay for the new issue. Also between what time period can I do that and still be entitled to the new issue.
