I think this is how it works.
The record date is 10 Sept so shares will trade up to 3 trading days before this date with rights attached so any shares sold before then will also sell rights. When they trade ex rights (around 5 Sept) then you can then sell shares whithout losing entitlement to full allotment but shareprice will probably drop when they trade ex rights.
