I raised concerns about ore stockpile some months back. Ironically they built the ROM pad in TSF3 for increased ore stockpile for the wet season, yet in the process they were left with only one operational dam hence the TSF4 disaster.
Now the east wall disaster however not of the same magnitude as TSF4 but impacting nonetheless, ironically the TSF4 disaster likely led to the east wall disaster IMO as a result of the C & M period.
As you mention conservative forecasts yet management are not that conservative when paying out bonuses. Considering the track record thus far one would think a few runs on the board and an increase in the SP would be warranted before bonuses were even contemplated IMO.
