Looks like I got moderated for discussing open pit image view orientation; a bit sensitive IMO.

I believe the large slip reported in July this year occurred on the East side of the open pit; IMO no images of the slip on the East side was presented to shareholders to date via ASX announcement; however an image of an apparent slip on the East side was posted by Dr S on the 23/7/2015; the date the image was taken is available via a metadata file contained with the image; a metadata file is contained in most digital images and shows the date the image was taken.

I have presented the Dr S images to ASIC on the 24/7/2015 together with the metadata files for correlation with RED 5 ASX announcements dated 7th July 2015. I wrote to ASIC in June 2015 about my concerns about the open pit condition following 6 months of posts on HC discussing the same; the discussion to ASIC focussed on pit floor flooding, ore recovery & reporting and IMO slip; I believe my June 2015 letter was warranted as the East slip was reported about 1 month later.

I doubt I would publish the 4 letters to ASIC on HC; too sensitive for HC IMO.
