They have already put in an order for the long lead items, that was what the $109m placement was for earlier in the year.
I am not entirely certain on this as I entered the register after the fact, but I think Vulcan bought out a drilling company, hence have the expertise already. They also have plenty of O&G personnel on the books. They have 320 employees at this point, many are from the O&G business.
