The day drags on Rabooth and still no S708A notice. No-one seems concerned though if the slow and steady action on the bourse is any guide.

Normally, the last thing on my mind would be a S708A notice as it's procedural and after the announced fact that has already been announced, but this awaited one has some significance to me, and us too.

"In addition to the project financing package, RNI will raise $3.7 million, less fees, through a share placement to the Fund. The placement, which remains subject to the clearance of funds, will involve the issue of 49.85 million ordinary fully-paid shares at an issue price of 7.5c per share."​

We do not know if the shares have in fact issued until the s708A Notice issues, and the company has 5 business days to do that after issue.
