Just had a read of S708A Corporations Act - "Sale offers that do not need disclosure". Not an easy read but SS(6)(a) states that the Notice is compliant if it issues within 5 business days after issue of securities.

So, 5 business days.

Wouldn't it be just grand if the Notice issued the same day (say Monday - 5 business days after the CR and package Ann) as an Ann that the package agreement had been concluded and Taurus hade been repaid and the $40+m was ready for use. Until all of these things happen though there is room for doubt.

One re-assuring thing is that there is no exodus of shareholders and that there are some brave (wise?!) souls willing to buy.
