He administered $150,000 worth of grants to spend on community projects and spent the first $20k on a playground fenced inside his fundamentalist church (tongue talkers) and the next $20k on a Hiace for the Men's Auxiliary/Outreach connected to the same church of which Mr Goodenough is a board member.
