DARPA has an annual budget of around 3.5 Billion. Obviously due to OPSEC; they don't disclose all their projects but independent investigative journalists estimate over 100 projects are running at any given time.

DARPA won't give us much cash. Their aim is to figure out if RAP or elements of RAP can bolster or improve US defence. If DARPA thinks that a particular department within the military or intelligence community can use RAP; then it'll be the contract between us and that unit or department which will bring revenue.

These guys are pretty smart; without them we wouldn't have the Internet or GPS. hopefully they find an application for RAP...
