    Hi Mike

    I do beleive that BHP/RIO both currently use a benefication process to acheive a higher grade lower contaniment product for certain types of FE that they mine, benefication has been in use by the majors for a long time, not rocket sceince and nothing new

    As far as if the material is detrital im not sure about
