Questions Re: Calimmune and Benitec

What does it REALLY mean for the value of Benitec if Calimmune was to have a "best case scenario" success? What would that do to the SP? What are Calimmune's royalty obligations to Benitec and for what duration? Is Benitec's IP essential to Calimmune's current studies? Sorry for asking and not doing my own research but have been quietly following this board for years and some of you know these things because you live and breath Benitec.

I realize that Benitec has quite a few catalysts but I am curious about the relationship of these two.
