Proof of concept in humans for shrna and ddRNAi against HIV......... no huge benefit to Benitec financially BUT the market may get pretty excited. It remains to be seen. I think it will be a huge catalyst if the trial has produced a cure (of some sort). However, I think there is still a long way to go (Cytegrity improvements will change things) and the next trial will be what produces the results required to stay off ART.
