Q2) Was there interest from any other companies othr than ICL?
Q3) How does AJX see future revenues/profits as a percentage of total from a large company like ICL?
If this edges up over 40% , how would AJX manage its supply agreements so that influence from a large customer would not constrain margins as a result of AJX being a sole supplier on select products?
It may sound premature, but this needs to be in the back of managements minds right from start of negotiations. I am sure management are aware of this , but some enlightenment to investors on managements strategies would be beneficial to confidence in business progress.
(PS 40% is just a stab in the dark as to a figure which would suffice the need to monitoring product receiver's influence as a result of total business revenue)
