I have been contacted by a shareholder seeking support for the removal of the existing board. I did not get satisfactory answers to my questions. Only two directors have been nominated and not a third. Why?
Have any shareholders been given a business plan or funding statement to enable adequate evaluation?
Nobody has been able to answer my questions satisfactorily so far.
