Not usually a business I would look to buy, but I think there is some value created by the arb traders which might be pushing ILU lower based on the idea that 100% of DRR value must be stripped out of the ILU valuation.
I tend to think that DRR has been "value added" by being stripped out as a pure play and is being bid up (fairly so) given the enticing yield and growth on offer.
So my due diligence suggests that ILU should have fallen by perhaps $3-4 today. The fact that DRR is trading higher than $3-4 to me suggests the premium that the market is willing to play for this asset.
Just my 2 cents and will see how it plays out over a few weeks. I'm just looking for a swing back to $6-6.50 levels.
