    Dear Mr Solomon,

Please find below a list of 21 questions being presented to you by a group of EDE shareholders.

Your response will be eagerly awaited. In the meantime we wish you continued and growing success.

    Best regards,

    Shareholders

    1
    GS,

Is the cost to produce 1 gallon of EdenCrete less than US$18?

    2
    GS,

What feedback has EDE received from prospective US investors?

    3
    GS
    ,

Is it intended that EDE or a spin off/subsidiary/associated entity in the USA is going to be raising capital to assist in the expansion of production capability in Colorado and Georgia? If the answer is yes then what info does the company have that would justify this raising and also how will this affect the current shareholders in EDE?

    GS,

In 2007, Richard Beresford was announced as a new Director. In that announcement he was touted as having "highly relevant experience" and that that would be a "huge benefit to the Company". Since that time, EDE's industry focus has changed.

What is the EDE boards current view on expanding the board to include Directors with highly relevant experience?

    5
    GS,

What qualified Dag Grantham to be Executive Vice President of Business Development?

    6
    GS,

Who is Robert Reid III? What is his profile?

    7
    GS,

The value that the market gives to EDE is the value of EdenCrete Inc.

As an investor in EDE, why isn't the management of EdenCrete Inc visible to me?

    For example, Robert Reid III

Second example, the recently appointed 'CFO' to EdenCrete Inc hasn't been made visible. Who is he? What's his name?

    8
    GS,

The complicated structure of the ownership relationship between TAS, Noble and EDE, why is it so? Is it possible that this company ownership structure is an inhibitor for investment by some funds and investors and by having this in place has a negative effect on the SP.

    9
    GS,

What did the $1.5m marketing budget go on?
What does the marketing plan look like? A 2yr rolling plan would be great. What is the roi you're expecting from the marketing plan? Can you share the profiles of your sales team?

    10
    GS,

Why will GDOT specify EdenCrete for 12 months only?

What happens after 12 months? Will the specification be a rolling 12 months?

What has GDOT stated to EDE?

    11
    GS,

What happened to the edencrete that went to Europe back in around February , did it ever get there and what were the results ?

Are timelines now going to be pushed back on Georgia plant given the company is still burning cash and current plant has excessive capacity for current sales ?

    12
    GS,

One thing I would like to hear from GS is a response to a question about the amount of sales leads and the quality/genuineness of them, from States or Private firms.

    GS,

Why is the latest Texas precaster the second (second to Valley) to test EdenCrete when in April you announced there was a second and third testing EdenCrete. Isn't this latest one the fourth? See below.

Additionally there are over ten other precast manufacturers in Texas who are approved by TxDOT for precast/ prestressed bridge components and Eden has commenced trials with two of them and plans to progressively approach all the TxDOT approved precast manufacturers in due course.

Further, another trial has been scheduled to take place during the September quarter with a second TxDOT approved precast manufacturer for possible use in TxDOT bridge beams. If successful this could substantially increase the total volume of sales of EdenCrete® in Texas for infrastructure projects. Possible additional trials with other precast manufacturers are also currently under discussion.

    GS,

1.Can you please confirm whether the production expansion targets used in the Investor Presentations are based on a substantiated projected demand analysis? With the sales being so low, one hopes that these figures were based on sound analysis rather than wishful thinking.

2.Are there any plans to appoint a suitably qualified group CEO/MD? At this stage of EDE's expansion, an investment in a person experienced in bringing companies from the R&D stage to larger producers/market leaders would be of huge benefit.

    15
    GS,

My question is has Eden given some thought to getting Intelligent Concrete LLC to prepare a non-proprietary concrete recipe (or two) with the aim of getting results similar to Valley Pre-stress?

Simply, being able to market the advantages of lower cost but better performance precast concrete without each new customer having to formulate their own recipe over months of testing would seem to be an obvious step. Either that or somehow get Valley Prestress to share their recipe.

    16
    GS,

What's going on at Denver Public Works?

Nothing mentioned in the latest quarterly and no lab test results shared to date.

    17
    GS,

The production expansion commencement dates for each of the next three stages are noted in the latest investor presentation as:

    Georgia 1a = ? 2017/2018
    Georgia 1b = ? 2019/2020
    Georgia 2 = ? 2020/2021

With the greater business model primarily pivoted on these three stages being rolled out successfully in a timeframe that can be estimated with some level of confidence, how do you perceive to attract key investors (especially institutional) with the current ambiguity noted in relation to the start dates reported?

    Follow up:

What guarantees can the company provide in relation to the years reported in the latest investor presentation with question marks (i.e. are these years estimated based on expected sales trends)?

Note, most investors have invested in EDE based on delivery dates published prior by the company. Please note, the uncertainty in the latest report undermines the ability of the company to deliver as promised to existing shareholders and also the ability to attract future shareholders.

What happened to the edencrete that went to Europe back in around February , did it ever get there and what were the results ?

Are timelines now going to be pushed back on Georgia plant given the company is still burning cash and current plant has excessive capacity for current sales ?

    GS,

When did you know about AASHTO, APEL and NTPEP?

Why wasn't NTPEP testing initiated earlier if you have known about them for some time?

If you have only recently become aware of NTPEP, Why?

Follow up comment and question. First in space advantage is very valuable and the cost of NTPEP testing would be a small(?) price in comparison. The longer it takes to be first in space anywhere increases the threats.

If it was cost related, what did the cost benefit analysis tell you?

    19
    GS
    ,

Are you overstating the significance of NTPEP re DOT's?

See the map at this link and click on Concrete Admixtures (CADD).

    http://www.ntpep.org/Pages/default.aspx

    See the white states.

Of the white states, can you tell me why Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas and Virginia have approved EdenCrete for use?

The answer is, the white states use NTPEP data but don't necessarily require it.

The blue states don't use NTPEP data.

Is there any merit to this comment, NTPEP CCAD certification isn't that big a deal as far as DOT's are concerned. It's more for FHWA?

    20
    GS,

Is it by chance or design that EdenCrete is being accepted by States in AASHTO region 2? Is EdenCrete targeting AASHTO regions in other words?

AASHTO has 4 Regions. Region 2 which is the South Eastern Association has the following States, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia.

AASHTO Region 4 includes, Colorado, Texas and California. Is EdenCrete getting close to California (Caltrans)?

    GS,

Each TAS announcement identifies the value of the TAS holding in EDE in terms of its sp. (about 40 times)
What are the potential paths of that holding in EDE ever being realised for TAS shareholders? What are the implications for that value possibly being much less (as per the market), than stated through taxation effects or other means?
