I'm new here to the GPT forum so please excuse me for jumping in with some basic questions.
I am looking for a long term property group investment that is suffering a credit problem in this ongoing credit crisis with an extremely small P/E ratio, that in time, will come through and be a +10 bagger in 5 - 10 years or longer.
Is GPT perceived to be one of these types of companies?
Is there the possibility that GPT will go bankrupt?
Is there some kind of credit deadline for GPT this year or next?
In regards to Stage Analysis, the 200 day moving average in the chart below suggests that GPT may be preparing to be leaving a Stage 1 consolidation phase and could be developing into a Stage 2. The volume in the past 6 - 8 months is very attractive too.
Timing is hard to judge but these factors on the chart are positive.
Any thoughts and remarks would be greatly appeciated.
