Hmmm well over an hour before the first trade today, seems strange after the last few months!

Most of the attention has been taken away from some of the things that need answering, by all this hoo har on the equity raising, let me hark back to around June last year, when everyone was talking about the SPP.

Metalstorm said around the middle of last year that they had a "WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY" in fact I think that was said at the last AGM? so we all paid our money into the SPP on that expectation, well many months have passed since that was first uttered, what I would like Lee to explain is this, what purpose was the SPP for, was it just to get the company through to a point where they would then be looking for an equity partner on similar terms as what we have today? because if thet were the case, I'm not sure I would have jumped in head first?

OR was it something else, something like an expected contract that was alluded to, lets say with the UAE, one where the company saw a decent contract at last, because that is what I was thinking, and the man firing of the HE rounds in Brisbane reinforced my thinking on that,was this the case? what has happened to the UAE interest in the 3GL, has that all evaporated now and if so why? has this window of opportunity been slammed shut in our faces? Can you now tell us Lee what the purpose was for the SPP? and what was the supposed window of opportunity? that all now seems a distant memory? is perhaps this window still open? or did somebody mistakenly or on purpose put their head through it whilst it was shut?
