Another one signing up with Fetch. What is Fetch doing right that Quickflix isn't?

- They obviously have management which can actually negotiate a deal.

- They are profitable and have the backing of Astro Malaysia Market Cap 525m

- They are not at high financial risk and technically insolvent like QFX.


Coco, thanks for the article highlights how QFX has failed to do any deals to date, and talks are just rumours and speculation just like being cashflow positive FY14, while a competitor has actually signed up to not one but three of the top ISPs, and other two ISPs are with Foxtel.

Not only has QFX failed to do any deals in Aus, they've also failed to partner with anyone even in NZ.

And like the SP being 10cps before last xmas, you think they will still announce a deal before xmas this year? In time to pay liabilities due? Wow.

What do you mean gunna, they do, they are the worlds leading and largest network, over 50m subscribers in over 50 countries. Their subscriber growth US and International has been phenomenal, this is a company which has been adding on average around 4m subscribers a month US and Internationally.

Why is that? Simply because they offer excellent service,value,content and the best platforms. Consumers will always flock to the service offering the best. Whether you want to try and block that for Australians to help your investment in QFX won't make an ounce of difference. Just in same way Langsford can whine all he likes, won't save his exorbitant salary and bonuses.

If NFLX is already gaining large number of Australian Subscribers without even being in Aus, imagine what it will be like when do arrive in Aus, and begin directly marketing here, No wonder the local companies are in a panic to sign up deals and content before NFLX arrive.

And all those deals made so far have left QFX out in the cold. But considering the companies poor fundamental state and absolutely dire financial state, that's hardly surprising.
