I don’t know the in’s and outs of gxy management and can see both sides of the management discussions. Yes I am disgruntled, but that is primarily due to the lack of any information from the company around the key points of contention (sdv progress, A40, shipping guidance, contracts, executive appointments/demotions).

If ithey could offer logical information with out any bs spin to shareholders either at the agm or a one off investor day open to retail holders, then I think this would go a long way in providing perhaps some level of confidence back. If they don’t, and do not improve on company transparency, then retailers have very little alternate options but to express our dissatisfaction at the AGM.
