Hit the nail on the head @fugalized.It is so important to have a good management team at the helm especially when things get tough. I feel sorry in many ways for PLS, So mant market forces and other things at work over there, and to be honest, i'm not too sure whether management are totally to blame there, but for sure glad i am in this one than PLS.
