DD for a country ?

Yes I have made an extensive research for ROC.
I can't give all the details here as there are a lot of political issues in detail.

I can tell you my conclusion;
I don't see much risk there so I heavily invested.

I am looking to the country risks according to their oil reserves and productions. This is very political but I believe that oil (not gas) drives the stability of the countries.

ROC is not a large oil producer country:
Production: 270k barrel/day. (very little)
Reserves: 1.9b barrel (not much)
So there is no risk of rebels !!!

ROC govt. has very good relation with Angolan Govt. which also has good relations with west and US because of the oil suplied from Cabinda.
Angola production is bigger than Libya:
Production: 1.95m barrel/day (1/4 of that goes to US)
Reserves: 9b barrel (Libya 43bbl).
