Probably not Covid-19 so much and issue except physical travel, certainly most Canadian surface mine drilling is affected by the closedown of Dec-Feb due to the bitter winter - Like Val d'Or, Authier, Mobian temps below 0c all day and down to -40 overnight. This is typically the Canadian time when marketing, financing. technology & employment contract deals are done in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver & beyond in anticipation of the spring thaw.
I do agree that SYA communications has really slipped in what has been a great SH story fo me since 2017. I really would like to see the jigsaw puzzle of where all the pieces (including PLL, TSLA, etc) fit - with agreements being announced at the AGM.
