It was of course fortutious for Geoff Lucas to sell 140,000 shares at $11, 2 months before the Earning Guidence update.
Did you notice the number of options excercised in the week or so before. A lot of small ones on the 24/10 and the large 250,000 announced on the 7/11 but done on the 6/11. Announcement of earning guidence after trading on 7/11. That is also very Fortuitous. Wonder what the volume was on the sixth and seventh.
