Some good points there.
I agree with the comment re teams learning during tough times. That is for sure the case...indeed the test is how they recover. If they do, then it really shows how much value is there...if they don't, well they never had it to begin with and were merely benefiting from either luck or a rising market - a rising tide lifts all boats remember.
