Sorry to see the the squabling on this thead - we are all getting a bit impatient perhaps. The lack of comment from the board doesn't help. I think they are so involved with H trying to get all this settled they forget they have shareholders out there. We should be getting regular updates on the debate even if its going nowhere. Some questions I would like answered
1 What are the critical terms in the JV document that we would have to rely on if we go to court to try to remove the tax H is imposing.
2 What is the position between the the two sides in the JV committee - we have been promised updates which haven't arrived - tell us what is going on - even if its negative its better than delay in silence.
Its been suggested from another source that production is mid year - can we hear from our directors ? We recently read about Maldon and Dgo from Dgo - did our directors have anything to say ??
