Will try have a look back over weekend.

Basically trying to go back & c wot original purch price for WBT was minus how much paid / loaned by NXR so far, how much left and as NXR doesn't have cash reserves, convert the residual to NXR script for WBT SHs.

Has the effect of 100% ownership WBT for NXR as reqd for relist, buy in by WBT SHs as would then be NXR SHs instead and then NXR would need CR assuming tech comes up to scratch.

Will see if can get some calc thoughts later.
