A formal announcement of achievements sounds good, but likely the company won't give it willingly if past history is to go by.

Again this why it would be great for SH to get together and make their vote count. Communication needs to change, that's not going to happen if we get more of the same voting we got last year. We need to get as many people asking these questions as possible to see if answers are making sense and then to wake up and realise that many aren't and they need to use their votes to do something about it.
