Have a couple more questions for our directors:

(1) Go to the website www.intevia.com. On the bottom you will see the site still indicates Copyright 2006 Textron Inc. If Platinum Equity in fact does own Intevia, just how interested are they in Intevia if they haven’t even rebranded the site yet?

(2) The 2005 annual report indicates that part of the remaining consideration for the acquisition of PDT was to be the issue of USD$3,000,000 in shares in TZ Ltd at an ascribed price of US$1.00. Wouldn’t this equate to 3,000,000 shares? Why was PDT issued 5,569,887 shares on 4/8/06?

Makes you wonder what the hell the directors have been up to lately. Doesn't seem quite fair to me that the big shareholders over in Europe get private presentations from the company while the rest of us have to settle for the 'no comment' line over here. Be fair Chris, let the battlers know what's going on!!
