questions to cfcl

Asked these questions after the recent announcement and Andrew Neilson replied today:

Dear CFCL,

As a long standing shareholder in CFU I was happy to read the announcement and BRR interview of the integrated units.

If I may, two questions come to mind,

1) To my mind, this is an extended trial of the gennex unit, please can you confirm. As such, any true volume orders are going to be another 1 or 2 years away.


2) The development of the integrated boiler with Bruns, is this exclusive to EWE or do you and Bruns have the right to market this product you have developed with Bruns to other utilities in Germany or elsewhere,

Hi Andy

Thanks for your note. In a sense it is an extended trial and EWE would want to see performance before placing larger orders - in the meantime of course we will sell to other customers, and continue to sell BlueGen. EWE has certain 'preferential' rights to the integrated product but broadly speaking Bruns and CFCL are free to market the product to other customers.
