    Any body wondering if Allegra was set up from the start as a way to siphon money of small retail shareholders and guarantee others in the company a ring fenced partially capitalised resource in Zambia that could not be touched by Australian Authorities?
    not saying that it actually occured just that it does look a bit fishy.
