yes, it's ASIC but we need a ruling either way if it a dud or not which we don't know. If it is then we find out how, why and who is responsible. Pretty poor disclosure I reckon, the company could have handled communication with restless shareholders better over the suspension. Seems to me they either don't care, have something happening behind the scenes-doubtful, or don't want to create more of a stir with an itchy trigger finger ASX. All I hope is everyone here can see this trade again soon and have the chance to be in or out and move on.
