This is the relevant bit....

" The directors of a company must call and arrange to hold a general meeting on the request of members with at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at the general meeting."

Most know what a stupid idea that would be!!

All it will do is create instability, delays and destruction as your mate Stoaty has done on CLA. But I guess as a non holder maybe that’s what you want? Right?
