It’s pretty obvious the logical sequence of events discredits your statement. The company went into a TH before the acquisition was announced. Only limited information was available pre acquisition. So how can you invest without knowing what the acquired was?

The plant was not making money producing copper not cobalt. WFE proposal is cobalt which commands many times more the sales price! Since you have no understanding about WFE nor the cobalt project acquisition it would be wise to refrain from posting misleading information to unsuspecting readers.
