    not sure about that - it surged for a few weeks between .015 and .027 - so ppl would have had to unload in that space a few weeks out from suspension

    I think a few "insiders" are caught as well

    either some very happy insiders or very pissed insiders

    as for insiders - the Ahmed brothers from memory increased there holdings during the surge and recent speculation is they played a key role in recent funds delivered to WFE
