@beishaFor your letter to become an official correspondence from shareholders, it has to be sent via the companies official addresses. If Jason Brewer is asking for correspondence to be sent via his email address, he can then claim that is was a personal email to him, and not Company business, in effect it protects him from any comeback.
The letter needs to be address to the Chair person and all other Board Members, that way it shall be officially noted in the Minutes at next Board meeting.
If the letter is not noted then Shareholders can definitely say that something is going very wrong in the WFE camp.
I know the above for a fact, because I have been on a board and my husband as been the Chair for Board of Managements for various groups.
This letter HAS to be sent via OFFICIAL CHANNELS, there is no other way to send it. If it takes a little longer to get a reply then we have to wait, but you cannot send it any other way.
