Will WFE lose the deposit if the contract for the JV if it is not completed by a certain date? When is that date?

Why has the company failed to lodge a March quarterly statement?

Have Kumi investigated any of the proposed ore suppliers and given any indication of a 'clean bill of responsible ore supply'?

Has any met testing happened on the proposed ore supply? Is WFE waiting for clearance from Kumi before this starts? How long is the met testing likely to take?

Have any Independent Experts been engaged to write a report showing viability of the project for the prospectus? If so who? If not why not?
