@beishaOne question that I really think need answering is about an independent expert report showing viability of proposal.
At no point has there been an announcement about the project being checked by Independent Exxperts to show viability, why not?? This is a necessary part of a prospectus if it includes any "forward looking financial projections", something that I would think was absolute necessity.
This is clearly written in all the guidelines for a prospectus., with inclusion of who counts as IEs, (that the company didn't get in the first place) Why didn't they follow the guidelines for IEs for initial valuation and AHIC accounts??
